Shantala Shivalingappa – Akasha

Dance on Saturday November 11th, 2017

At 8.30 pm, Sala Teatro, LAC in Lugano

Dancer: Shantala Shivalingappa

In Sanskrit “Akasha” means Heaven or Space. It is said that “Akasha” stands out from the sound and is nothing but a form of vibration, energy, and movement. This space declines into multiple levels of perception, starting from what we perceive around us, as a space around us, the space of the universe that encompasses everything (considered in Indian thought as the fifth element that is added to air, water, fire, earth), to the thinnest one there is: the space beyond any space-time dimension

Come and dream all evening long !
